DESCRIPTION:
Jury Pool System Replacement – The scope of this effort is to shadow the existing programming staff and acquire knowledge transfer of all system functionalities and take over the application upon staff retirement until a new system is implemented. The hired consultant will be needed to assist in data migration, system integration, and transition to the new system.
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:
Expertise in Customer Information Control System (CICS) programming language, online CICS programs and transactions, COBOL, Job Control Language (JCL), VSAM and Sequential Datasets, TSO/ISPF in the Z/OS mainframe environment, CICS screen mapping (symbolic and physical), systems analysis/design/development, project management, application production support, and IT customer service.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The Senior Systems Analyst Programmer must have:
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in a CICS/COBOL/VSAM/JCL/Z/OS mainframe
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, development, and project
- Excellent verbal and written communication

DURATION: 6 months
RATE: $75 – $80 hr
