Orlando, Florida – Millennium Consulting LLC announces the successful completion of project management for Orange County Utilities’ launch of the Oracle Corporation’s Customer Care and Billing System (CC&B) version 2.3.1 on September 3, 2013, and upgrade to version 2.4.1 on April 28, 2014. Millennium Consulting LLC delivered project management services including a communications plan, change control and budget management, and deliverables and milestones acceptance.

The implementation of CC&B incorporates new features and functionality streamlining processes, which improve the customer experience and deliver operational efficiencies. Millennium Consulting LLC assisted Orange County Utilities with development of a proposal, vendor selection, and delivery of professional services with post production support. The implementation of CC&B 2.3.1 was completed in a record 14 months.

On May 7, 2014, Orange County Utilities received the 2014 Expanding Excellence Award during the Customer Service Week Conference for Level II Best CIS Implementation. The Expanding Excellence Awards program recognizes outstanding contributions, innovations, and excellence in utility customer service. Recipients must demonstrate budget and schedule adherence, operational efficiencies after go-live, innovation, and improved service levels. Orange County Utilities met or exceeded each of these requirements.
